Aiken Commons: A Nonprofit Village by Aiken Corporation

Independent missions. Shared possibilities.

A place for the organizations that move Aiken forward.

At 106 Newberry Street SW, Aiken Corporation is proposing a shared downtown home for independent nonprofits: affordable offices, common resources, and everyday opportunities to collaborate.

Each organization would maintain its own identity while becoming part of a connected community working to strengthen Aiken.

More resources for what matters.

Sharing space can lower occupancy costs, build connections, and help nonprofits dedicate more resources to the people they serve.

More resources for community services
Stronger collaboration and referrals
Shared meeting and workspace resources
A connected nonprofit hub downtown

The proposed location is the first floor of the Amentum building. Opening, availability, and final terms will be confirmed as the project develops.
